Before your first withdrawal, f669 may require identity verification. This is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless f669 has reason to request further verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting f669 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed.
